Study 1 - Antimicrobial Efficacy in Vitro:Health Care Personnel Handwash Protocol - Time Kill

A time kill test was performed to determine how rapidly the Fresh Cleanse® antimicrobial handwash kills germs. Test results indicated the handwash removed 99.999% of the bacteria listed below within 15 seconds.

Study 2 - Antimicrobial Efficacy in Vivo: Health Care Personnel Handwash Protocol

FDA testing protocols require a 3.0 log reduction by the 10th wash. The Fresh Cleanse® antimicrobial handwash met the 3.0 log reduction by the 7th wash.

Study 3 - Skin Moisture Content

This study measured skin moisture content after repeated use of the Fresh Cleanse® antimicrobial handwash as compared to a baseline (0) and Hibicl+ens 4% CHG handwash product. The Fresh Cleanse® antimicrobial handwash substantially increased skin moisture content and did not cause skin irritation even with repeated use.
